Lobbs Run Cemetery

West Elizabeth, Jefferson Twp., Allegheny Co., PA

Latitude: 401547N, Longitude: 0795458W

Located in Southwestern Pennsylvania near the Monongahela River valley, in Calamity Hollow, near the communities of Floreffe, West Elizabeth and Elrama. From the Borough of West Elizabeth, take Route 837 South to the first traffic signal. Turn right onto Walton Road. You will see the Floreffe Hotel on your left and a power substation on your left. On your right, across from the substation, you will see a small community park and a small green road sign that says "Lobbs Cemetery." Turn right at the sign and park by the pavilion. There is a footbridge across the creek (Lobbs Run) and an asphalt path that leads up the hill to the cemetery.

Recorded by Scott Orlowski, 11 Jan 2002
Transcription of all visible gravemarkers -- approx. 90% of the gravesites are unmarked.
This list is in the order in which the gravemarkers were recorded, roughly from the front of the cemetery to the back.

I have additional information on some of the people listed here. Please email me. scott@monval.com
I can also provide photographs of the cemetery and individual gravesites.
